Who we are

Bear’s Lens is run by Stan Kwiatkowski — a journalist, filmmaker, and storyteller with a passion for truth, detail, and the people behind the headlines.

Stan has spent over a decade working between Taiwan and Europe, documenting stories that don’t always make the front page — but should. His background combines investigative journalism, international reporting, and independent documentary work, often from places where access is limited and stakes are high.

He’s covered political campaigns, protests, global summits, grassroots movements, and overlooked cultural shifts — not from a studio, but from the street, the border, the crowd. Fluent in multiple languages and trained in both classical journalism and modern multimedia, Stan approaches every project with curiosity, urgency, and a deep respect for the subject.

Bear’s Lens isn’t a big media company. It’s one person with a camera, a drone, a mic, and a mission: to make honest, powerful visual storytelling accessible to those who need it — whether you’re fighting for democracy, preserving culture, or just trying to tell your story with clarity and soul.

A man takes a photo with a camera at a public event or protest, with other people and a float with a bear mascot in the background.
